Dear Main Street Merchant:

Spring is here and we are getting ready for our Annual Downtown Clean-up and flower pot plantings.

Staring this week, we will be collecting all of the large flower pots to refresh the soil and prepare them for a great growing season. In an effort to beautify and bring some continuity to our curb appeal, we will be painting the flower pots black to match the trash containers.

Each pot will be planted with Wave Petunias and Purple Fountain Grass. Frankfort Main Street has a commitment from one of our downtown merchants to plant, weed, water and fertilize two times a week until fall at the cost of $75 per pot.

We are very excited about the opportunity to have a beautiful downtown and we are asking for your help. If you are interested in sponsoring a flower pot for a $75 tax-deductible donation, please complete the information below and return it to me no later than Friday, April 6th. Your name and organization will be displayed in the flower pot.

Many of you own the large flower pots in front of your business and we are asking for your cooperation as we bring about this beautiful change for our downtown.
